James Rees, originally from the West Midlands but now based in London, is a multifaceted artist. As a singer-songwriter, producer and educator, he passionately champions the DIY approach, embracing self-imposed limitations as a catalyst for innovation. His debut E.P., Normal People is a testament to this ethos, it was recorded entirely on cassette tape and released in March 2023.
